This course is for everyone!
Why should I attend this workshop?
This one-day introductory course, provides the participant with a fundamental overview of the anatomy and physiology of the abdominal cavity, an understanding of some common digestive and reproductive health challenges, history and lineage of the Arvigo® techniques and a self-care abdominal massage to apply to one’s self.
We’ll be discussing topics such as: Allopathic vs. Holistic Care; Painful periods, PMS, Irregular menstrual cycles, Fertility Challenges, Fibroids, Cysts, Menopause, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Urinary Incontinence, BPH, Erectile Dysfunction, Digestive issues such as Indigestion, GERD, Constipation & Believe it or Not, ** you’ll find some solutions as well!
This informal class is designed to be informative and fun. Completion of this workshop will qualify you to perform the abdominal massage only on yourself.
This is an introductory workshop and does not qualify the professional practitioner to advance on to Professional Care Training. Self-Care Training is a prerequisite for advancement to Professional Care Training. Trish teaches both of these classes.
