Trish’s Personal Story
I became invested in holistic healing modalities as a result witnessing an improvement of my own health challenge. I was not satisfied with the advice my medical colleagues were suggesting. Not being satisfied with what the medical community offered, I pursued other options. As a result of working with my clients with histories of physical/sexual abuse, addictions, and eating disorders, I desired to be able to offer a deeper level of care and went on to become a Certified Trauma Professional in 2018. This led me to a practitioner’s office & from there to what has unfolded as my life mission: supporting women through various challenges in their life. It was through abdominal massage, herbal support & homeopathy that my health improved.
Currently, I am completing my Functional and Integrative Medicine with Aviva Romm.MD with the goal of supporting women’s health on a deeper level.
Being a natural born teacher, I share my knowledge with other like-minded practitioners weaving together multiple modalities in what I call Trish DeTura’s “Integrative Modalities”.
